The Stretch to WinĀ® Institute offers proven and completeĀ full body, table-based manual therapy and movement training systems.Ā Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) sessions can be offered as a stand-alone service or integrated within other training modalities for pain management, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, athletic performance, movement re-education, and wellness.
This course isĀ conducted in small groups, providing students with aĀ 95% practical hands-on approachĀ to learning.
